Boulevard Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on treating B-cell–driven autoimmune diseases. Our approach is rooted in the biology of BAFF and APRIL, two key cytokines that regulate B-cell survival and

antibody production and are implicated across multiple autoimmune conditions. We are developing a multi-specific monoclonal antibody designed to simultaneously inhibit BAFF and APRIL, with the goal of more comprehensively modulating B-cell activity than single-target therapies.
